THEN:

It is present time, Sam Winchester and Adam Milligan are now in the pit of hell. On was possessed by the Devil and one by the archangel Michael...It ends there right? Wrong.

Though hell on earth had ended for the most part, peace would be short-lived as the demons on hell aim to get their revenge on Dean for ridding Satan and stopping the apocalypse. After a year of living peacefully with Lisa and Ben, Dean gets a surprise that Sam had been alive for about a year. Dean has to leave his mediocre life and continue to hunt demons with his brother. Sam, having come back from hell out of the blue, had lost his soul, but it was given back to him by Death.

Sam and Dean now fight various demons and monsters that hate them for the reason of stopping the apocalypse, but also just because the Winchester's aren't liked among the beasts to start with. The fight never ends...

Castiel continues to fight with other angels that rebel against him as well as the archangels. Castiel realizes that God has left the building and there needs to be someone to hold up the structure of Heaven. But then the fight is brought to earth, making the losses far greater as the battle causes humans to die whenever they are around.

Heaven is fighting on earth, angels and demons are out to kill Sam and Dean.

NOW:

Sam and Dean face various mythical monsters like Fate, Sirens, and others that threaten their lives day by day. The brothers are in for a surprise....

Castiel needs more help on earth to fight the other angels. Sam and Dean are also in desperate need for assistance, so Castiel travels to hell to take back Adam. Adam is brought to present time and Castiel explains everything, Adam therefore now wants to become a hunter and help with the fight.

Another surprise awaits for the brothers as Dean's distant great x 6 grandchild is brought to present time by Castiel because of need of great skill of the Winchester blood. Her name is Sage Winchester and she is a skilled huntress. Castiel explains that they are in great need of her assistance...Eventually Castiel starts to develop strong feelings for Sage and he can't really understand why, but it puts him even more in touch with is human feelings.

But by being a Winchester, after Michael is taken out of the pit, he searches out Sage Winchester and hopes to use her as his vessel once again.

Along with that, the dead start to rise and attempt to trick Sam and Dean against one another.... There is even rumor that the demons are trying to get Satan out of his cage, it won't be long before he's back out and ready to kill again.
