**[/color]When registering you may register with any name you like, but after you have been accepted you must change the name to your character's first and last name with proper capitalization. First Last.

Character Creation;;[/color]
**[/color]There are two applications. One is a set application and the other is free form. Please note that the free form application is not a “blow off” application. It needs to be given just as much thought as any other application. You only need to fill out one application. You will find the applications in the Character Resources board. You should place your application in the Pending Applications board. If it is not finished, please indicate that somehow in the title (wip, nd, or something like that). Your application will be moved accordingly when it is finished.
**[/color]As stated before, each character needs a separate account.
**[/color]There is no limit on the number of characters you can play, we just ask that you keep them all active.
**[/color]Your face claim must be a real person. We will not be accepting anime, drawings, or cartoon characters as claims.
**[/color]Do not plagiarize any portion of your application. If it is copied and pasted from another one of your applications, that is fine, but do not use another person's work.
**[/color]No one is perfect. Please avoid the Mary/Gary Sue.[/blockquote]
Roleplay;;[/color]
**[/color]All posts must be in third person and past tense to keep things easier for the next poster to read.
**[/color]Currently we have no official word count, but we do ask that you put effort into your posts. If someone posts five paragraphs, don't reply with one. We will also not accept one liner posts.
**[/color]No god-modding or power-playing. If you don't know what that is, look it up. It's not fun to have it done to you so don't do it to others. Little things like moving from one location to another are acceptable as long as all parties involved are okay with it.[/blockquote]
Cboxes;;[/color]
**[/color]Let's keep this simple. The cboxes are there for your convenience. Do not abuse this privilege. The IC box is not to be used as a substitute for threading, but as a tool to help develop your characters. The OC box is not to be used for in character purposes, but to communicate with others on the board. Abuse this and you will be banned. If it gets to be a problem, we will take the boxes away. Do not nag people to post and do not argue in the OC box. Light plotting is alright but do not use it as your personal plot page. We have a board for that.[/blockquote]
Graphics;;[/color]
**[/color]Signatures are not to exceed the length of the board, which is set at 700 px. I recommend making signatures around the 600 px length to be safe. If they are any larger, the board automatically resizes them, so be aware of that.
**[/color]Avatars can be 150px in width by 200px in height. No larger. If you want to use the standard 100x100 that is alright as well.
**[/color]If someone else makes your graphics, credit them. Not doing so is considered plagiarism.
**[/color]Please do not put links to other sites in you signature. Links to your character's bio or plot page is fine. Anything else is not and will be removed by a staff member.[/blockquote][/blockquote]
