Alpha;;

Leader of a wolf pack, which consists of both a Male and Female. The Alpha male inherits leadership from his father, if there fails to be a male alpha it has been passed on to others within the family line if approved by the pack as a whole.

Beta;;

They have first rights to becoming Alpha should the line end and is usually given to the son of the Alpha after his birth. If there fails to be a male born to the Alpha male and his wife, it will be passed on to those of familiar blood or those who get voted in by the pack.

Blood Doll;;

Humans who sell or willingly give vampires their blood for their own reasons.

Council, The;;

The mostly secret government run by the vampires and werewolves. It consists of five vampires and two werewolves.

Coven;;

A vampire group that unites under reasons usually political. 

Fleabag;;

Derogatory term used by purebreds for those who have been bitten. Also used by vampires to describe werewolves in general.

Fledgling;;

Also known as a “baby vampire.” Typically used to describe someone who has only been a vampire a year or less. Can be used as a derogatory term by older vampires.

Head;;

A Coven term given to the most powerful vampire who runs the coven. 

Hunt;;

A term used by vampires when referring to going out to feed.

Maker;;

Also known as a "Creator." A vampire term given to one that has created another vampire. This is done by draining a human and sharing their blood with another before death occurs. 

Pup;;

Depending on how this is said, it can be affectionate or derogatory. When said to a young wolf, it is usually affectionate. When said to an older wolf, it is meant to be said as an insult.

Pure-bred;;

Wolves that have been born with the wolf genetics; usually seeing themselves as better than those who have been bitten. 

Shift;;

The transformation of a human to a wolf or a wolf to a human.

VWRA;;

The Vampire/Werewolf Rights Amendment. It is currently the biggest thing in news. This is the amendment that will give Vampires and Weres the same rights as humans, since theirs have been taken away since they revealed themselves.

Were;;

A short term used by younger wolves that means werewolf.
