CHAOS IN THE CLOUDS
HOME PLOT RULES LEGIONS ADVERTISING

A Strange quiet takes the crowd along the streets of the Government isles as a singular figure steps onto a balcony. A figure well known by those in the Government, a figure of known influential power, as well as terrifying wrath. A spokes person of the shadowy figures that never left the security of the tower. Their green eyed gaze waited silently until even the wind seemed to tame, being as silent as the crowd around. "There have been some mutterings..." The pale creature began, scanning the area for anything out of the ordinary - which today there wasn't. "That the rules of our Government are wrong. These mutterings will not be tolerated by our leaders and I have been sent to once again, reinforce these rules." A few whispers erupted in the crowd, and a tense atmosphere started to rise up, Government soldiers holding their weapons close in case of anyone looking to run.
"1. All Controlled Races must register and be approved by Government before allowed freedom. Failure to do so will result in execution without trial.
2. Breeding shall be controlled to one child per family – failure to do so will result in eradication of pregnancy (if discovered early), and execution of the second child and the offending parents. The first child may be excused, if old enough to take care of itself.
3. The breeding of two different species is prohibited . If found guilty, the offending party will face execution – themselves and their offspring. This is for your protection.
4. Any man or woman found to interact sexually with the same gender shall be put to triall – if found guilty, will be sentenced to death.
5. Alcoholic, nicotine ridden, and damaging drug substances are illegal – this is for your protection. Anyone found using or selling these products will be jailed or sentenced to death.
6. There will be no tolerance given to rebel pirates."
The pale creature seemed to stop, taking in the silence for a few more moments before smiling almost serenely, faking the innocence it's race seemed to show so easily. It was difficult to say if this creature felt at all saddened by the rules it had just spoken, knowing all too well it was unfair to the masses - it being a registered race. But it would seem with more power than emotion, it just stepped back, saluted to the massing crowds and left - back into the Government tower heavily protected by guards and beasts alike.[/blockquote]
